By accessing or using PosterMaster ("the Service"), operated by PowerfulTinyTool ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. The Service is available at postermaster.powerfultinytool.org. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
PosterMaster is an AI-powered visual creation platform that transforms text into professional visual content. The Service uses Google Gemini API (via Google AI Studio paid plan) to analyze text and generate images. Supported creation types include collage art, infographics, cover images, slide decks, and article illustrations. Users provide text inputs, select a creation type, and configure style preferences; the AI generates corresponding visual content. The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different AI models (Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro) are available depending on your subscription tier. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet any particular quality standard or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To use the Service, you must create an account via Google OAuth or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You may not share your account with others or use another user's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for each image generation based on the model selected: • Nano Banana 2: 10 credits per generation • Nano Banana Pro: 20 credits per generation Subscription Plans: • Free: $0/month — 10 credits/month, Nano Banana 2 only • Pro: $9.90/month — 450 credits/month, all models • Max: $29.90/month — 1,600 credits/month, all models Credit Packs (one-time purchase): • Starter: $4.90 — 120 credits • Mega: $19.90 — 1,000 credits Purchased credits from credit packs do not expire. Monthly subscription credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy). Lemon Squeezy handles global sales tax compliance, payment processing, and PCI DSS compliance on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card details.
Due to the digital nature of the Service, the following refund policy applies: Subscriptions: All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. Credit Packs: Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase. Billing Disputes: If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@powerfultinytool.org within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. As Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, refund requests and billing inquiries may also be directed to Lemon Squeezy's customer support.
You retain ownership of the text prompts, titles, and settings you provide to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service, including transmission to Google's Gemini API for text analysis and image generation. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the content you provide. You must not submit content that infringes others' intellectual property, contains illegal material, violates applicable laws, or is harmful, abusive, or offensive. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates our policies.
Images generated by the Service are created using Google's Gemini AI technology under a paid API plan. You receive a license to use generated images for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Important copyright information: • Under current intellectual property law in most jurisdictions, AI-generated images without significant human authorship may not qualify for copyright protection. • Google does not claim ownership of content generated through its API. You are free to use the generated images commercially. • Generated images are not exclusive. The same or similar prompts may produce similar outputs for other users. • You bear full responsibility for how you use generated images and must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws. Prohibited uses of generated content include but are not limited to: impersonation, creation of deepfakes, harassment, generation of misinformation, infringement of third-party rights, creation of illegal content, or any use that violates applicable laws or regulations. We do not claim ownership of your generated images. However, we may retain copies for operational purposes, including storage on Cloudflare R2, and to comply with legal obligations.
PosterMaster, including its branding, interface, source code, and underlying technology, is owned by PowerfulTinyTool or its licensors. The name "PosterMaster" and associated logos are trademarks of PowerfulTinyTool. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service and your generated content as described herein. The AI models (Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro) are provided by Google and subject to Google's Generative AI Terms of Service. We use these models under a commercial license through Google AI Studio's paid plan. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@powerfultinytool.org with details including the specific content and proof of ownership. We will investigate and respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable law.
When using the Service, you agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without authorization • Circumvent any technical limitations or credit restrictions • Create content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities • Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights • Share your account or resell access to the Service • Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on the Service Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, unauthorized chargebacks, or at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@powerfultinytool.org. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately • Unused credits may be forfeited • Active subscriptions will not be refunded • You may request export of your data within 30 days following termination Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, and consistency; we do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations or requirements. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content. You should independently verify the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated output before using it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWERFULTINYTOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through an in-Service notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
